Box Build Assembly & PCBA Integration
Bring your PCBA, enclosure, cables and modules into one defined assembly. Work directly with Vosnor in Dongguan to review the build, prepare functional checks and confirm the delivery stage your product needs.

ASSEMBLY SCOPE
PCBA Integration & Product Assembly Scope
Define the delivery stage your project needs: an integrated board module or a basic assembled unit. The scope is confirmed from your drawings, BOM and sample requirements.

01 / MOUNT
PCB & Enclosure Integration
Mount assembled boards using specified posts, fasteners and brackets. Review board clearance, connector access and enclosure fit against approved drawings.

02 / CONNECT
Cable & Module Connections
Connect specified harnesses, interface boards and modules. Confirm pin assignments, polarity, cable routing and strain relief requirements before assembly.

03 / COMPLETE
Basic Product Assembly
Bring approved subassemblies into a defined unit. Agree closure, labeling, functional checks and packing requirements for the required delivery stage.
Enclosure manufacture, custom tooling and specialist verification require a separate capability review.
PROJECT FIT
Find the Right Starting Point for Your Build
Tell us where your product stands and which assembly steps you need. We review the manufacturing fit before confirming a quotation or production plan.
Discuss your project scope- Prototype & pilot builds
- Review drawings, part availability, assembly sequence and first-article acceptance before repeat production.
- Repeat production
- Work from approved revisions, a reference assembly, test instructions and a defined delivery stage.
- Customer-supplied parts
- Identify the boards, enclosures, cables and modules you will provide, including quantities and incoming-check requirements.
- Sourcing support
- Identify the parts you need sourced. Mechanical parts, tooling and specialist processes need a separate capability review.
ENGINEERING BEFORE ASSEMBLY
Define the Build. Agree the Evidence.
Review mechanical fit, electrical connections and test requirements together. Define the acceptance criteria and records your engineering, quality and purchasing teams need.

- Mechanical fit
- Board outline, component height, mounting points, connector openings and specified fastener requirements.
- Electrical connections
- Harness drawings, connector pin assignments, polarity, routing and strain relief.
- Firmware & functional checks
- Firmware file identity, programming access, test steps, fixture needs and pass/fail limits under defined operating conditions.
- Release & packing
- Approved BOM and drawing revisions, label artwork, identification and packing instructions.
- Acceptance & records
- Agree first-article approval, the sampling basis, results to record and responsibility for release or nonconformity review.
View the inspection record outline
Planning checklist. The required records, sampling and acceptance rules are confirmed for each project before the build.
| Record area | Fields to agree |
|---|---|
| Product & revision | Product reference; BOM and drawing revisions; firmware identity where applicable. |
| Unit & sample | Lot or serial reference; quantity inspected; agreed sampling basis. |
| Check & criterion | Procedure or test step; specified limits; operating conditions and relevant equipment reference. |
| Result & action | Measured or observed result; pass/fail status; defect reference and retest outcome where needed. |
| Review & release | Inspection date; inspector or reviewer; disposition and required approval. |
FROM REVIEW TO REPEAT BUILD
A Defined PCBA Integration Workflow
Review the assembly pack
Confirm parts, drawings, supplied items and required checks. Resolve missing information before the build scope is agreed.
Confirm a reference build
Agree the sample or first-article requirements, fit checks and functional acceptance criteria before repeat assembly.
Build to the approved release
Use the agreed revisions and work instructions. Confirm required inspection records, labeling and packing for delivery.
START WITH YOUR PROJECT
Request an Assembly Review
Share a short project outline and the files you have. An attachment is optional; you can start the conversation while your design is still in development.
- Product type, first-build quantity and target date.
- PCBA BOM, enclosure drawings and cable or module details.
- Supplied parts, testing needs and required delivery stage.
What happens next
- 1. Review the informationOur team checks the requested scope and available project files.
- 2. Clarify the open pointsWe follow up by email about missing details, materials and test requirements.
- 3. Confirm the next stepThe build scope, quotation and schedule are discussed once the necessary inputs are clear.

PROCUREMENT & ENGINEERING QUESTIONS
Before You Start an Assembly Project
What is included in your box build service?
The scope can include mounting PCBAs in approved enclosures, cable and module connections, firmware loading, agreed functional checks and packing. Confirm the exact delivery stage and responsibilities in the quotation. Enclosure manufacture, custom tooling and specialist verification require a separate review.
Can I start with a prototype or pilot build?
Share your current files, sample needs and expected production quantities. We review the first-build requirements, material availability and test preparation before confirming whether the project is a fit.
How do you confirm the minimum quantity and lead time?
Quantity and timing depend on assembly complexity, component and enclosure availability, tooling, test preparation and the required delivery stage. Include your first-build quantity, repeat demand and target date so these can be assessed together.
Can you use boards, enclosures or cables that we supply?
Identify all customer-supplied items, their revisions, quantities and condition. Incoming checks, approved substitutions and responsibility for shortages or mismatches are agreed before assembly.
Can I enquire before sharing confidential design files?
Yes. Start with a non-confidential product outline, quantities and the support you need. If an NDA is required, contact us to discuss the agreement before sending confidential files.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
A BOM, assembly drawings, supplied-part list, build quantities and test requirements are useful starting points. Add firmware, packing requirements and the delivery destination where relevant. You can send an initial enquiry without an attachment and identify what is still being developed.
What quality records should we agree before the build?
Agree the record format, sample quantity and acceptance limits before production. Identify the required build revisions, inspected units, test methods, results and release approvals. A board-level test pass does not by itself establish final product acceptance: wiring, firmware configuration and checks after assembly need their own agreed coverage.
How are export delivery and product compliance handled?
Include your destination country, required delivery date, packing instructions and product-specific compliance requirements. Shipping arrangements, required documents and any specialist certification work must be confirmed for the project before an order is placed.
