Project questions

Before Your Pet Device Build

Clarify product assembly, available files and the next step for your project.

Discuss Your Pet Device Project →
Can you assemble the finished product as well as the PCB?

We can assess product assembly based on your design, approved parts and acceptance requirements. Send the enclosure and mechanical information, wiring details, firmware and test specification so we can confirm the build scope.

Can I enquire without a complete BOM or Gerber package?

Yes. Start with a product specification, sample photos, project stage and estimated quantity. We will identify the information needed for a manufacturing review. A confirmed production quotation requires sufficient design, material and testing details.

Are the pictured products available for immediate private-label orders?

The images are illustrative concepts, not a catalogue of stocked or previously delivered Vosnor pet products. Share your target product and branding requirements; any available supply or customization route must be confirmed separately.

Do you develop the app and firmware?

Our manufacturing offer includes programming customer-supplied, released firmware. App development, firmware development and complete product design are not included. Please identify your design partner and available files when discussing a build.

How are testing, minimum quantities and lead times agreed?

These depend on your BOM, component availability, assembly scope and test plan. Special fixtures, RF or environmental testing and finished-product certification are reviewed separately. We confirm quantities, schedule and acceptance criteria in the quotation.
