Industrial Control
PCB Assembly & Manufacturing
Industrial control PCB assembly from your approved design: component sourcing, SMT/THT assembly, programming and project-specific testing. Support for prototype builds, pilot runs and repeat production.

Application Capabilities
Industrial Control
PCBA Expertise
Find the application closest to your project. Each build follows your approved PCB design, BOM and assembly requirements; test coverage is defined for the specific board.
PLC & Logic Controllers
Logic, CPU and I/O boards built to customer drawings for industrial automation.
- • Mixed SMT/THT and connector assembly
- • I/O checks to an agreed test procedure
HMI & Display Boards
Display, touch-interface and operator-panel boards for customer-designed HMI systems.
- • Display and touch-interface connections
- • Programming and functional checks
Motor Drive & Inverter PCBA
Customer-designed motor-control and drive boards, with power and safety requirements reviewed before quotation.
- • Power components and thermal assembly review
- • Insulation and load-test scope agreed separately
Industrial Sensors & Transmitters
Sensor-interface and signal-conditioning boards for measurement and monitoring equipment.
- • Analog components and connector assembly
- • Customer-defined signal checks; calibration scope reviewed
Industrial Communication Gateways
Interface and gateway boards assembled to your design and specified component list.
- • Connector and interface-component assembly
- • Communication checks using an agreed setup
Distributed I/O & Remote Modules
Remote I/O and field-controller boards manufactured to your mechanical and electrical specifications.
- • Connector orientation and enclosure-fit requirements
- • I/O test coverage and coating scope reviewed
Inspection & testing
A test plan matched to your control board
Define inspection methods, test coverage and pass/fail criteria before production. The scope below is a planning framework, not a promise that every order includes every test.

Production inspection scope
- Incoming materials: component identity, condition and quantities checked against the approved BOM and inspection plan.
- Assembly inspection: placement, polarity, connectors and visible solder joints; AOI coverage defined in the production plan.
- Release checks: agreed visual criteria, quantities, packaging and required production records.
Configured for the project
- Programming & functional test: firmware, power, I/O and communication checks using approved procedures and fixtures.
- SPI, X-ray & ICT: method, availability, sampling and fixture requirements reviewed before quotation.
- Coating & environmental tests: coverage, exclusions, conditions and acceptance limits agreed separately.
Define the records you need at delivery
Specify the required inspection reports, test results, firmware identification and batch or serial traceability during project review. Document content and traceability depth depend on the agreed production scope.

What is needed for an initial quotation?
Send your BOM with manufacturer part numbers, Gerber or PCB fabrication data, assembly drawings, quantities and target schedule. Include the operating conditions and test requirements. If files are incomplete, tell us what is available.
How are firmware and functional testing handled?
Provide the approved firmware version, programming instructions, test procedure and pass/fail limits. Programming access, fixtures and test coverage are reviewed before the build.
What if a specified component is unavailable?
Identify any approved alternatives in your BOM. Proposed substitutions need your approval before use; sourcing options and their effect on cost and timing are reviewed during quotation.
Are coating, calibration and environmental tests included?
These are project-specific requirements. Share the coating specification, calibration method or environmental test conditions so availability, coverage and cost can be confirmed before quotation.
Does assembling a communication board include protocol certification?
Assembly and agreed communication checks do not by themselves establish protocol certification or end-product compliance. Specify any independent verification or certification requirements during project review.
