VOSNOR · Quality Assurance
PCBA Quality Control from Sourcing to Shipment
Quality starts with the BOM and engineering review. VOSNOR connects component sourcing, controlled assembly, inspection and project-specific testing to support your PCB assembly from prototype through NPI to production.

One connected workflow
Quality assurance across the PCBA build
Your sourcing, engineering and manufacturing requirements need to work together. Our quality approach connects the approved materials and build information with the inspection and test scope.
01
Component sourcing
Approved vendor requirements and customer approval of proposed alternatives help control material changes.
Component sourcing & supply chain02
Engineering review
BOM, board outlines, samples and specifications are reviewed with DFM feedback before production.
Engineering & NPI support03
Controlled assembly
SMT and DIP/THT assembly follow approved materials and documented process instructions.
Turnkey PCBA manufacturing04
Inspection & testing
AOI, ICT and functional testing are selected according to the board and agreed test requirements.
Testing & inspectionBefore, during and after assembly
Make the quality requirements clear before the build
Use these checkpoints when discussing your project with our team. Inspection coverage, acceptance criteria and required records should be agreed before production begins.
- 1
Requirements & acceptance criteria
Provide the BOM, drawings, application requirements and acceptance criteria. Identify critical features, required inspection standards and any customer-specific quality requirements.
- 2
Materials & approved alternatives
Define the approved vendor list and any restrictions on substitutions. Proposed component alternatives require your approval before they are used.
- 3
DFM & build instructions
Review manufacturability issues before assembly. Specify the approved design revision and any first-article approval requirements for the prototype or NPI build.
- 4
Assembly & inspection scope
Match the inspection plan to the SMT and through-hole assembly. Identify critical solder joints, component orientation and other features requiring attention.
- 5
Programming & test criteria
Specify the firmware version, test procedure, pass/fail limits and fixture requirements. Confirm which inspection and electrical tests are included in the quotation.
- 6
Records & shipment requirements
Agree the required quality records, traceability level, labelling and packaging. Confirm any customer approval needed before shipment.
Inspection is part of the plan
AOI, ICT and functional testing: confirm the scope
These methods address different risks. They are not automatically included in every order, and no single test establishes complete product performance.
AOI inspection
Optical checks of visible assembly features, such as component presence, orientation and visible solder joints. Coverage depends on the board and inspection program.
In-circuit testing (ICT)
Electrical checks at accessible test points. Feasibility and coverage depend on test access, the board design and the agreed fixture and test program.
Functional testing (FCT)
Checks board behaviour against a defined procedure and pass/fail limits. Firmware, interfaces, loads and operating conditions need to be specified.

AOI inspection on the production floor
An inspection workstation for reviewing component placement and visible assembly features.

Dedicated PCBA test fixture
A dedicated fixture positions the PCB for probe contact. Test methods, coverage and pass/fail limits are defined for each project.
For methods and project requirements, see PCBA testing & inspection. Share any additional reliability or compliance test requirements for feasibility and scope review.
CERTIFICATION & SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certificate

Dongguan Liangxin Electronics Co., Ltd.
Certified scope: Production of PCBA Circuit Boards.
Standard: GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015
Certificate number: 21826Q00506R001
Issued by: Shanghai Sailway Certification Co., Ltd.
Issue date: 10 June 2026
Expiry date shown: 9 June 2029
The certificate covers the quality management system for the stated PCBA production scope. It does not certify individual products or replace product-specific compliance testing.
The certificate states that continued validity is confirmed through annual surveillance. Use the QR code or verification details printed on the certificate to check its current status.
Traceability & compliance
Define the records your quality team needs
Production documentation and quality traceability support the build. Agree the level of detail, report format and record retention requirements with our team before ordering.
Batch-level traceability and individual board serialisation are different requirements. If you need serial-number-linked test results, component lot records or a specific audit package, include that in your enquiry so availability and scope can be confirmed.

Workmanship warranty with clear boundaries
365 days
From the date of manufacture
Coverage is limited to defects caused by VOSNOR's own manufacturing workmanship. An additional 0.1% of spare units is provided with shipment to cover replacements for workmanship-defective units.
Components and exclusions
VOSNOR does not independently warrant components; transferable original manufacturer warranties are passed through where available. Customer design issues, improper use and unauthorised modifications are excluded.
To discuss a quality concern, provide the order reference, affected quantity, failure description and available photos or test results. Contact our team to review the issue.
Questions before you order
PCBA quality control FAQ
Does every PCBA order include ICT and functional testing?
No. The inspection and test scope depends on your board and requirements. Confirm test access, fixtures, firmware, procedures, limits and reporting with our team before production.
Can I specify an inspection standard or traceability requirement?
Include the required standard, revision, acceptance class and traceability details with your project files. Our team will review the requirements and confirm the applicable scope; do not assume a particular class or serial-level tracking is included by default.
What should I send for a quality review?
Send your BOM, Gerber files or drawings, project stage, quantity and quality requirements. Include the test specification, firmware information and required documents where available.
Where can I learn more about your engineering and manufacturing work?
Explore our PCBA case studies and engineering and NPI support to discuss how the approach fits your project.
