Before You Send Your Inquiry
Can I contact you before all files are ready?
Yes. Describe your product, current stage and available information. Include a BOM, Gerber files, drawings or sample photos if available. We will identify missing information and confirm the scope we can support.
How are pricing, lead time and minimum order quantity determined?
Each project is reviewed against the board design, BOM, sourcing scope, quantity, processes, testing and component availability. Share your expected quantity and target delivery date so we can assess a practical plan.
Can you source components or use customer-supplied parts?
We can arrange turnkey sourcing, customer-supplied parts or a combination. Before procurement, we confirm the BOM, brands and part numbers, substitution approvals, incoming checks and supply responsibilities. Alternatives require customer approval.
How are testing and acceptance criteria agreed?
Before production, we agree inspection points, customer firmware, fixtures, test coverage and acceptance criteria. AOI, ICT, functional and aging tests are arranged according to board design, testability and project requirements.
Can programming and final assembly be included?
Customer-supplied firmware programming, wiring, enclosure assembly and related checks can be included when they fit our capabilities and agreed scope. Share mechanical, wiring and assembly requirements; development work is assessed separately.
How should I discuss confidentiality before sharing files?
Describe your confidentiality requirements by message or email before providing complete technical files. If you need a separate NDA, mention this when you first contact us so arrangements can be confirmed.
How do you handle CE, FCC and other compliance requirements?
Tell us your target market and required documentation. We support agreed material information, inspection and test records, and production documents. Finished-product compliance depends on the complete design and applicable requirements; PCB assembly alone does not establish product certification.
