BUILD-TO-PRINT PCBA MANUFACTURING
Switching Power SupplyPCB Assembly
Bring your approved power supply design into production. Vosnor coordinates component sourcing, SMT and through-hole assembly, programming where required, and an agreed test plan for AC/DC boards, DC/DC modules and power control assemblies.
- SMT + THT assembly
- Turnkey or customer-supplied parts
- Prototype to production

APPLICATION SCOPE
Assembly support for your power electronics
Share the board files and operating requirements. We review manufacturability, material availability and test feasibility before confirming the production scope.
AC/DC converter boards
Mixed SMT and through-hole assembly for transformer, rectifier, switching and isolation components. Mounting, insulation and thermal hardware are reviewed against your drawings.
DC/DC power modules
Assembly of converter and regulator modules, with attention to connector pinouts, component orientation, thermal interfaces and the specified operating load.
Power control & driver boards
Assembly support for power management and driver circuits, including connectors, cables and programming where included in the approved project scope.
FROM FILES TO PRODUCTION
A clear plan before production starts
Review the build files
Check the BOM, Gerbers, assembly drawings and revision. Confirm manufacturing questions with you before release.
Confirm components
Review purchasing or customer-supplied materials, long-lead parts and approved alternatives. Substitutions require your approval.
Assemble & inspect
Coordinate SMT and THT assembly. Review polarity, solder joints, connector orientation and mechanical fit against the agreed requirements.
Test & prepare delivery
Apply the agreed test plan and prepare the specified inspection records, traceability information and protective packaging.
QUALITY & ACCEPTANCE
Test coverage matched to your board
Define acceptance criteria before production. The items below are reviewed for equipment, fixtures, coverage and cost; they are not a promise that every test is included.
Assembly inspection
Component placement and polarity, solder workmanship, connectors and mechanical fit, using the agreed inspection criteria.
Electrical & functional checks
Input conditions, output voltage and current, load points, start-up behaviour and protection functions specified in your test procedure.
Insulation & withstand tests
Where required, confirm test limits, fixtures, equipment and safe handling procedures before quotation.
Thermal, burn-in & compliance
Agree duration, load, temperature and reporting separately. Product certification or external laboratory work requires a separate scope.
PURCHASING QUESTIONS
What to confirm before requesting a quote
What should I send for a quotation?
Send a BOM with manufacturer part numbers, Gerbers, assembly drawings, quantity and target schedule. Include electrical specifications and test requirements. An incomplete package is welcome for an initial review.
Can you work with customer-supplied components?
Yes. We can review turnkey sourcing, partially consigned components or customer-supplied materials. Responsibilities, incoming checks and any substitutions are agreed before production.
Can you support prototypes and repeat orders?
We support prototype, NPI, pilot and production builds. Feasibility and lead time depend on the files, material availability, quantity and agreed test scope.
How are fixtures and special tests handled?
Identify the test procedure and acceptance limits first. Fixture development, special equipment, external testing and associated costs are reviewed and confirmed before the order.
Can I send a ZIP or Gerber package?
Use the project file link field for ZIP, Gerber, CAD or large packages. Standard documents and images up to 10 MB can be attached directly. Ensure the link is accessible to our team.
Is product certification included?
Product certification is not automatically included in PCB assembly. Tell us the destination market and required standards so any documentation or laboratory work can be reviewed separately.
PROJECT REVIEW
Tell us about your power board
Share the files you have. We will review the manufacturing scope and identify any information needed for a quotation.
- Electrical requirements
- Input range, output voltage and current, rated power and load conditions.
- Production files
- BOM, Gerbers, assembly drawings, revision, quantity and target schedule.
