One Coordinated Scope, from Sourcing to Assembly
Turnkey PCBA
Vosnor coordinates bare PCB and component procurement alongside assembly and the agreed programming and testing work.
Partial Turnkey
You supply selected boards or components. We coordinate the remaining sourcing and manufacturing activities within the agreed scope.
Choose the sourcing model that fits your available materials. We confirm who supplies each item before procurement begins.
What Turnkey Covers
From Engineering Review to Tested Assemblies
The work below is scoped against your approved files. Each stage has its own material, process, and acceptance requirements.

Engineering Review & Production Preparation
We check the BOM, board files, and assembly instructions. DFM feedback and open questions are shared with your team before the build.
02Bare PCB & Component Sourcing
We procure bare PCBs through partner suppliers and source components against the approved BOM. We review availability and lead times. Proposed substitutions require your approval before use.
03SMT Assembly
SMT assembly follows the approved manufacturing files. Board dimensions, component packages, and special process requirements are reviewed before the build.

Through-Hole Assembly
Through-hole insertion and soldering cover connectors and other THT parts. Assembly drawings define orientation, mounting, and soldering requirements.
05Programming, Testing & Documentation
We agree the firmware version, inspection methods, test coverage, and records before production. ICT and functional testing depend on suitable board access, fixtures, and clear pass/fail limits.
Align Materials, Engineering and Production
Material choices can affect assembly and testing. Design changes can affect procurement and production timing. Our project review brings these requirements together before the build moves forward.
Manufacturing files
Identify the BOM revision, board files, assembly drawings and special instructions.
Material readiness
Clarify sourcing responsibilities, availability concerns and alternatives requiring approval.
Testing & acceptance
Define programming requirements, test methods, fixture responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
Delivery scope
Review quantities, packaging, documentation and the required delivery date.
For repeat orders, identify changes to the BOM, board design, firmware or test requirements so the next build can be reviewed against the correct information.
Need More Than an Assembled Board?

Common Questions About Turnkey PCBA
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide your BOM, available PCB manufacturing files, assembly drawings, quantity and relevant specifications. Include programming, testing and delivery requirements where applicable. If documentation is incomplete, tell us what is available so we can identify what needs clarification.
Does every order include ICT and functional testing?
No. The testing scope is agreed for each project. ICT and functional testing require suitable test access, fixtures and defined acceptance criteria. Programming also requires the appropriate firmware and instructions.
What is the difference between turnkey and partial turnkey?
For turnkey projects, Vosnor coordinates bare PCB and component procurement, assembly and the agreed programming and testing work. For partial turnkey, you supply selected boards or components and we handle the remaining agreed scope.
Does turnkey include bare PCB sourcing?
Yes. Vosnor sources bare PCBs through partner suppliers as part of the agreed turnkey scope. Bare-board fabrication is performed by those suppliers, while we coordinate procurement alongside component sourcing and PCBA manufacturing. You can also supply your own boards under a partial turnkey arrangement.
How do you handle quotes and schedules?
Pricing and timing depend on material availability, assembly requirements, quantity, testing and delivery scope. We review your BOM, board files, drawings and specifications before discussing a quotation and production schedule.
Can you help with CE or FCC requirements?
We can discuss support based on your product and target market. Applicable testing and documentation must be established for the specific product. PCBA manufacturing alone does not establish finished-product compliance.
Is my design data kept confidential?
You can raise NDA requirements in your inquiry message, and we'll discuss the appropriate arrangement before you share sensitive files.
Ready to discuss your PCBA project?
Tell us about your board and upload your files. Our team will review them before recommending next steps.
