What affects minimum order quantities and lead times?
MOQ and lead time are quoted for your build. Component purchasing conditions, quantity, fixture readiness and sample approval affect the plan. Share your expected quantity and target date so we can review material availability and production capacity.
Do you manufacture from our design and firmware?
Yes. Our core service is manufacturing to customer-approved files, including programming customer-supplied firmware. Circuit design, firmware development and app development are not included in the standard PCBA manufacturing scope.
Does conformal coating guarantee an IP rating?
No. Coating protects the board within its specified coverage. A finished-product IP rating depends on the complete enclosure, seals and interfaces, and requires the relevant verification.
What production documentation can we request?
Inspection and functional test records, firmware revision details, and material or batch traceability can be specified for your order. Include the required documents and traceability level in your RFQ so they can be included in the production plan.
