Our Brand Story

From Electronic Components to PCBA Manufacturing

VOSNOR's roots lie in our founder's experience in electronic component trading, which began more than 20 years ago. Working with components every day taught us to look closely at specifications, supplier consistency and the details that can affect a finished board.

Over time, we built lasting supplier relationships through careful selection and ongoing evaluation. That experience continues to shape how we review a bill of materials, discuss sourcing options and prepare for production.

Growing with our customers

Our Customers Helped Shape Our Direction

As those relationships grew, customers began asking us for support beyond component supply.

They were coordinating purchasing, assembly and testing across different suppliers. Missing materials could hold up a build, while quality or delivery problems could leave responsibility unclear. They wanted a partner who could bring these activities together.

We responded by developing our PCBA manufacturing capabilities step by step. Component sourcing became part of a coordinated service covering SMT and through-hole assembly, firmware programming and testing according to project requirements.

This growth came from working more closely with our customers and taking responsibility for more of the manufacturing process.

Building our capabilities

Investing in Engineering and Quality

As projects became more demanding, we brought experienced hardware and software engineers and a dedicated quality control leader into the team.

Their work helps connect customer requirements with production. During design reviews and new product introduction, we work with customers to clarify component choices, identify manufacturing concerns and investigate issues that could affect board performance.

Depending on the project, this may include reviewing component compatibility or helping investigate circuit stability and power noise. Engineering responsibilities, firmware work and validation requirements are agreed for each project.

Alongside this engineering support, we strengthened incoming inspection, in-process checks and board testing. Inspection methods and test coverage are defined around the product and its agreed acceptance requirements.

The people behind the work

A Team That Has Grown Together

Many of our core team members have worked together for more than ten years.

That continuity matters in everyday work. Sourcing, engineering, production and quality colleagues bring shared experience to BOM questions, production preparation and problems that arise during a build.

For customers, it supports clearer communication and continuity as a project moves from its first samples to repeat orders.

Built on Components, Grown on Trust.

Today, VOSNOR supports customers with PCBA manufacturing from our factory in Dongguan, China. Our component sourcing background remains an important part of that work.

We have grown by listening to customers, building capabilities around their needs and following through on the details of each order. We continue to earn that trust through careful preparation, clear communication and consistent attention to production quality.
